Our company goal is to streamline our procedures as best we can to make the process as easy as possible for our clients. To do this, we gather as much information before starting so that our clients are comfortable with handing the keys over to our project manager, determining a start date, and letting us take care of their project. Our comprehensive process and approach ensures all decisions are made beforehand so the customer does not have to be bothered, save to receive updates as the project advances.

Pre-Construction:
- Create a design-build by determining function/style/use/budget requirements. (Client participation is welcome.)
- If plans are already made, review plans/designs/drawings provided by you or your architect.
- Review any possible changes or final ideas.
- Present a written estimate.
- Line itemized contracts.
During Construction:
- 100% direction and supervision by our project management team.
- Client input is always welcome during this period, however, our initial planning process makes this virtually unnecessary.
Post Construction:
- Final walkthrough and inspection.
- 30-60 Day Checkup to make sure work meets client expectations.
- 6 Month Follow to make sure work meets client expectations.
- One year warranty on all work.
Things we take into consideration before starting each job to make the process as convenient as possible:
- Addressing any special concerns or considerations you may have.
- Verify all work site conditions.
- Consider your house pets.
- Consider your work schedule and the schedules of your children.
- Review suitable work hours.
- Plan for material storage and workers’ parking.
- Check availability of any special order items.
- Inform client of all construction schedules and processes.
- Review the permit and inspection process.
